Refund Policy: Except as required by law, all purchases are final. Subscriptions through third-party stores (Apple/Google) are subject to their respective refund policies. Direct platform purchases may be eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase, provided usage is under 10%.

If your account is terminated, you may appeal by contacting our support team within 30 days. We will review and respond within 15 business days.
While we employ robust, multi-tiered profile verification techniques, including verifying user ID with government ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN KYC) and conducting photo verification using third-party APIs to ensure genuineness, we do not conduct comprehensive background checks on all users.
Your decision to communicate or meet with other users is entirely at your own risk. Exercise caution and utilise safety protocols when interacting offline.
Our services are provided "As Is" without warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted operation or the total accuracy of user-generated information.
Personal Injury
Any harm resulting from interactions with other users, online or offline.
Financial Loss
Any loss due to unauthorised transactions or deceptive practices by third parties.
Data Loss
Any loss resulting from system failures or unauthorised access.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
